The process with Precise Surveyors was simple and efficient from beginning to end. I booked and paid online and was notified when the survey was booked.
I was updated when it was complete and received my report 2 days later which was brilliant.
The report was easy to read and very clear about areas which needed to be addressed.
Matt called us a few days later to discuss any questions that we might have and give us his overall impression of the house. He was really helpful and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Thanks for your help

Our homebuyer's survey from Matt at Precise was very detailed, clearly written, and promptly delivered all at a very reasonable price. There were some unusual extra features in the garden of the property which he also inspected for us. He gave us a call shortly after the survey for a run through, and even took time out of his annual leave for a longer chat to us after we'd had a thorough look through. He was clear about the more urgent findings while reassuring us that they were normal for the type of property we were buying. We had to wait a while for the survey, but this was well worth it and probably an indicator of strong demand for their services. The drone survey was also cancelled due to poor weather, but Matt made sure to get what he needed without it anyway and we were refunded immediately. Thank you Matt.

We booked a level 2 survey and was allocated Matt as our surveyor. Matt was amazing from start to finish with regular contact. Prior to our survey Matt contacted us introducing himself and asked if we had anything in particular we wanted him to look for. Matt completed our survey and had the report back to us within 2 days! Report was very detailed. Matt called us to ask if we had any queries over the report findings and advised us on next steps. A few days later Matt called us to see how we had got on and to see if we needed any more assistance.
Matt was amazing throughout the process and answered any questions we had.
Would highly recommend and will be using precise surveyors in the future. As first time buyers we couldn’t have had a better experience.

Would highly recommend. From the initial enquiry through to completion the whole team have been friendly and professional. Matt was assigned to carrying out our survey, he called to introduce himself prior to the appointment he asked if we had any concerns or any issues we wanted looking at in depth. We were kept upto date when the the survey was being carried out and when it was completed. Matt called on the day to discuss his findings, we received the report 2 days later, he then called again a couple of days later so we could read the report and ask any questions.
