Got a service done at garage department, extra parts were needed due to breaking while in for service! There was no invoice provided, just a major increase in price, I had spoke in person and on phone asking for one due to shock of the price, they told me company and brands of materials and labour price, which I looked up and was much cheaper than the price charged, so been major over charged and been silence from them providing a costing invoice, please be careful putting you car here!!

We had excellent service from Margaret and her team at Premier Coaches planning a recent, two day trip south from Inverurie. The coach was clean and comfortable. A particular mention goes to Raymond the driver who was punctual and helped us complete a complex schedule of visits across several counties. A canny and safe driver in sometimes difficult weather conditions. A reasonable price too. I'm happy to recommend.

Used to be great, third time there with an attempt to get our service done, they hadn’t touched the car, we advised on tyres and brakes, charged us £300 then when we returned they admitted they hadn’t done anything!! Got £100 cash refund, to then be charged £107 by some other guy to fix the heating - not fixed!! Unfortunately the place has gone down hill with new owners, ashame as it is local to us. Different garage - problems fixed no bother!

Dave has been absolutely brilliant. I had issues with my warranty company and he was patient and kept me in the loop. Prices were reasonable and service was fantastic. It's a bit out of my way but I'll be contacting him next time I have any issues.

Needed a mini bus from rural location back into Aberdeen. Everything about the booking from the initial enquiry, confirmation, 8 different drop offs, price, friendly and helpful driver was handled efficiently and professionally. Would definitely recommend Premier Coaches!

Bus arrived at the pick up point in plenty of time. We were given a free upgraded one which was available. The bus itself and the driver were great, and the company were great to deal with. Will definitely use again.

The only place we send our cars for MOT and to be fixed now. They’ve proved to us that they're competent, well run, honest and nice people. Would definitely recommend.
