I found prestige wills and trust ltd by pure chance and made an appointment and right from the beginning they were very informative and courteous and answered all my questions about power of attorney and making my will. I was enquiring about a will for myself as I had phoned a few other companies and found they were much more money then I expected. But when I phoned Chris at Prestige I was happy with the price, happy with the information that Chris had given me.
Chris had gave me very good advice that I felt comfortable getting my will sorted with Prestige. He gave me the option to either go to the office or receive a phone call.
I'm so happy I have my will sorted for my family as I don't need to worry now.

This is the 2nd time I've dealt with Prestige. The first time with Sian and the most recent time with Chris. Chris was patient and compassionate and went out of his way, out of hours, under challenging circumstances to get a will in place in a very short time scale for my father. Sian could not have been more helpful and friendly when helping both my wife and I complete our wills. The process was made very straightforward and quick. At no point did we feel that we were being hard sold any additional products. We were particularly happy with the fact that we are able to make changes and additions to our will at no cost. I saw the advert wills on a social media site. I called and arranged an appointment.
My appointed advisor (Will writer) was ChrisMcCann.
Chris called on the exact time that had been arranged and spoke in easy terms and was easy to understand without legal jargon.
Chris explained the process very clearly.
Nothing was a problem, providing information and answers when needed.
Chris was always polite, courteous and helpful.
