After some short, unproductive conversations with other brokers, I approached Private Finance as a last ditch effort with a complex scenario l expected it would be impossible to accommodate. To my surprise and amazement, Jake Sumner made it possible! If it wasn’t for Ryan I wouldn’t have been able to do my latest development of two houses. He sourced a lender for me when I thought it wouldn’t have been possible. His knowledge across the mortgage/loan industry is incredible & I always go to him as he creates a strategy for my lending needs which is far better than anything I could find.
His fees are far outweighed by the savings which I make and the opportunities which are created by partnering with him.
