As a small business in Blandford, we have recently spoke with Gary from Prodigy, as we needed some ongoing IT support and purchase of computer hardware, to upgrade our systems. Gary came to the office to audit our current IT systems and advise on upgrades, taking the time to understand our needs and discussing a plan to fit our timeline.I have been very impressed by the level of professional service from Gary and the team at Prodigy. They are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable, support tickets are dealt with quickly, to ensure we are able to continue working.

As a small business based in Dorset we have used Prodigy for all our IT, including the purchase of new equipment, for the last 31/2 years.

We have always found them very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable with time to spare for a chat and exchange of information. They listen and always go out of their way to solve the problems as quickly as possible. If they are busy and we leave a message they never fail to return the call.
