I have used Mike twice in the last year and he was extremely thorough and professional both times. The 1st time round, he helped flag numerous issues with a property that I didn't end up buying due to how much work was required, but his attention to detail and efficiency in getting the report to me, meant I didn't waste any further time or money in the purchase of the property. For the 2nd report, he was just as thorough and helped me proceed with the purchase of my first home. We instructed a level 3 survey on a period property and we were extremely impressed with the service and value. Michael turned the report around within the prescribed timescales. Excellent experience with Professional Surveyors Ltd. Michael contacted me promptly following my initial query, explained the process, and arranged access quickly for the Level 3 survey. All communication was smooth, friendly and prompt, and the report was produced within the agreed timescale. As first time house buyers we appreciated the detail and traffic light system, as well as the opportunity to discuss the report and our queries (we needed a bit of hand holding in buying an old house as first timers). It has also been great for having a list of jobs for maintenance and repair when we move in. No reservations in recommending this company. Thanks again!

Had a fantastic service from professional surveyors.
I found them reasonable in price and Mike specifically was very helpful.
He was very prompt in responding to my queries and the report was completed and sent to me within the week which was promised.
The report went in to good detail and photos provided gave good insight to the inspection.
If it wasn’t for the detailed service that I had received I could of potentially lost thousands.
Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.
