Proserve seriously needs to review their training and policies when it comes to dealing with vulnerable people. There is a complete lack of safeguarding, compassion, or understanding for those who may be struggling with mental health or difficult personal circumstances.

Instead of support or consideration, you're met with intimidating, aggressive behaviour from enforcement officers who seem to thrive on bullying tactics. No one in a vulnerable situation should have to face that kind of treatment at their own doorstep. It’s not only unprofessional — it's dangerous.

People fall into debt for all kinds of reasons, and sending out threatening officers without proper training only adds to the trauma. This company needs urgent reform in how they handle vulnerable debtors.

I am beyond furious with the appalling treatment I’ve received from Mark sharpe at preserve. His behaviour is unprofessional, rude, and downright disgraceful. After I clearly explained that I, as a university student, could not afford to pay immediately, this company decided to send agents to my parents’ house to force them to pay.

The fact that Mark lied through his teeth and claimed the payment was “voluntary” is absolutely infuriating. If it was voluntary, why were the agents demanding payment that day. They would’ve taken belongings from my parents’ house – belongings that didn’t even belong to me? This is pure extortion. They would have gone through my parents’ home and taken whatever they could if they didn’t get their money. This is not only unethical – it’s illegal.

Proserveis a disgusting company that preys on vulnerable people. They don’t care about anything except getting their money, even if it means lying, intimidating, and causing unnecessary distress. Mark’s unprofessional behavior is just the tip of the iceberg – their entire operation is a scam. DO NOT give them your business. I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them.

Abrubt debt collector mr sonny turned up telling me i needed to make a payment that day without any warning of a visit. Im worried as they are not taking money out my account by direct debit or standing order but helping themselves by card transaction so i have no control over them taking money straight out my account..also he just wrote down my card details as he couldnt get in to the system on the computer so i feel like my bank details are not safe. Currently getting in touch with trading standards about this for advice.

i think it was February 2022 i got a phone call off a guy saying he was coming to my house to pick up £300 (for a online college course i did in 2019 what i thought was paid). i told the man that i have had no letters saying that anyone was coming to my house and that i didn't have £300 (i'm a single mum). i end up making a deal that i can pay £20 a week but they have only taken out 2 payments since making that deal and still no letters to say anything about the phone call or the payment deal we made.

I have never been so scared in my life, I am a 68 year old woman and they burst their way into my house and demanded payment from me for a debt I knew nothing about.
It was not even my debt, it was for someone who live 5 doors away!!!
They eventually left after intimidating me for over 20 minuets and not even an apology for their obvious mistake.
I have not been able to sleep properly since this happened - Disgusting company

Please visit Trustpilot and Cylex to get a true idea of what this company is like as only glowing reviews are allowed here.
Such as "reviews" written in a short space of time with accounts that only leave one review.
Allowing a company to create fake reviews destroys the integrity of the review system, you can't trust any of them.
