The value for money is incredible so much cheaper than many other companies that I have been to and they cover for a large range of insurance coverage. also if you have any problems You can always call them and they are extremely helpful.

I was delighted to be met by a positive and supportive lady (who I think was also quite young by the sound of her voice, but I did not hear her name). I had already phoned another insurance firm who were most unhelpful, so it was a great relief to find someone supportive to speak to. Your agent was very quick to find the right insurance package for me with no fuss at all. I was insured at a very low cost, a package that met all my simple requirements, and it was all 'done and dusted', paid for and activated, in less than half an hour.

Very disappointed. Put a claim in September. I seem to be keep phoning every month to see where we are at. Keep getting same response someone’s looking into it or the person who is dealing with it isn’t in the office.
Friendly yes. Quick No, do they respond or give you an up date,No. still waiting. probably call them again next year 😂

I was a bit shocked that I had received two emails and I had called and was told that the policy would renew automatically.I check almost a month after my policy renewal date as I had received no documents, only to find it hadn't renewed and I'd been working uncovered for almost a month.
