We had an excellent experience with James as our mortgage broker. We were first time buyers and James was very patient with us in explaining various aspects of the process. He even supported in getting a conveyancer after our conveyancer fell through. Highly recommend!

UPDATE:
We worked with James for our second house purchase and he has been superb once again. We cannot recommend their services enough! He is a big part of why we have any sanity left after this process plus we were able to get a good deal in a difficult financial climate.
