Unfortunatly tonight, I meet PFR staff on a company excursion/award ceremony in Kidderminster.

I was not only made to feel belittled by their members of staff, but also physically intimided by them .
Their staff seem to have complete distain for the average working man.
They treated people as if they were beneath them. They make me feel inadequate. Anyone who are looking for employment beware.
