I wish I had seen Simon w review months ago before I proceeded to try and purchase a property from this agents had Exactly the same experience as the review that was left by Simon w.

I have a feeling it was the same property, They did not give any information all the way up to getting a survey and structural engineers report. In my opinion Jo and her team need to stop acting like 2nd hand car sales ppl, very dishonest in my opinion

Gave us incorrect information about vendor at point of offer. Six weeks later we pulled out of sale as real seller would not fill in property information forms or provide any answers to questions raised. We were then told by the real seller the property is 'sold as seen.' Did not receive one phone call from the agent in the six weeks to assure us the sale was progressing smoothly. When we told them we made our offer based on a normal sale and not a sold as seen (like an auction sale) they then tried to pass the buck and put the fault towards our solicitor. Poor estate agents who lack attention to detail...Buyer beware!
