If you need an Architect to deal with a project then look no further than Jack Bingham at Quickplans Architectural Services, MAUCHLINE, Ayrshire.

We moved to Irvine March 2021, and we wanted to do a garage conversion on our property. We looked around for an Architect who would deal with the project from “start to finish”, which included the drawings, applying for the Planning Permission/Building Warrant and assist with getting competitive quotes from builders. We sent our project plan out to a few architects but no one seemed interested or even got back to us. Jack got back to us quickly and we had a quick chat. Jack then visited us, listened to what we wanted and then advised us on the way forward.

Jack works very closely with and has an excellent relationship and reputation with the Council and numerous reliable and recommended contractors. Jack sent us a quote for his work and details of four recommended contractors. We instructed Jack to go ahead with the project and we had no issues during the project.

From start to finish, we knew we had made the right choice asking Jack to deal with our project. His professionalism, patience, understanding of what we wanted and his advice was OUTSTANDING.
