Shambolic. We booked them months ago for our office xmas party on the 1st Dec 2023. 3 pick up points. Organised set dinner sit down time. Here we are 45 minutes late and still no pick up or phone call. Will be cancelling our airport run on monday morning. Disgusting. They took all our deposit money months ago, took the balance just days ago when we confirmed everything. Disgusting.
