Phil Rand 100% knows what he is doing. Listens to your ideas, incorporates them where suitable and gives a good steer to improve plans for the best outcome. He is quick to draw up plans and is available for tweaks when required.
Builders really like his plans for the integral structural calculations, saving time, money and more accurate work estimate’s.
I would definitely use Phil again, highly recommend.

A while ago Phil did a great job for us: he drew up technical plans for kitchen extension and he did it in record time. The kitchen is excellent! We wouldn't change anything. He has recently completed another job and we are very happy with the result.
