Rich and his team at Rapport are amazing at what they do. Have had a few mortgages sorted with Rich over the past few years and the service has always been first class. The last mortgage proved to be a little tricky but Rich went above and beyond to get it sorted.
Communication throughout the process was excellent, I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else to get a mortgage.

Rich and his team were truly amazing helping us get a remortgage to buy out a family member from their half of an inherited home. We honestly couldn’t recommend Richi enough!

From the very beginning, he found us a brilliant mortgage deal that suited our future plans perfectly — including the option to port if needed. That forward thinking proved invaluable.

More recently, we had to move extremely quickly to secure a new property and needed urgent help with porting our mortgage. Although some unexpected complications came up (completely outside of Richi’s control), he was incredibly responsive and proactive. Within just a few working hours, he had come up with a solid Plan B to keep everything moving and ensure we didn’t lose the purchase.

Richi is knowledgeable, efficient, and always a step ahead. We’re so grateful for his support throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor who genuinely goes above and beyond.

Rich just handled my mortgage and did a fantastic job! I called Rich at the last minute in hopes of saving my mortgage after challenges with another broker, and my house was about to be pulled. Rich took on the case and worked hard to solve it quickly, and thankfully was able to turn it around! He has been responsive and patient and is a certainly a problem solver. I also had help from Abi, for insurance who was very helpful with great customer service!

Having used Rich before when my circumstances were much different to how they are now he managed to sort me a mortgage when in all honesty I didn't think I would be able to get one . So when it was time to give my finances a refresh I had no hesitation in returning and getting excellent advice and leaving me very pleased with everything he sorted out for me .
