The team at Reality HR aren't like many HR professionals. They take a much more pragmatic and business focused approach to everything HR related.

They just get that the needs of the business and what you are trying to achieve needs to be the main aim. Don't get me wrong - they are great at all the services you'd expect from an outsourced HR consultancy - recruitment, grievance and disciplinary, all the legal stuff.
