I found my coaching day with Siska incredible rewarding. Firstly because it was held in a professional and beautiful setting. Secondly, it felt 'informal' which made me feel comfortable, also being in a small group made it more personal. Siska explained each scenario/theory through clearly before giving us opportunity to find an answer for ourselves - which was provocative towards us finding our own inner thoughts, ideals & selves - because every answer is only relative to oneself... I felt inspired and full of positivity from the session and what I took away with me was a new confidence to achieve.

After a successful 25yrs-plus career as a communications consultant, I was looking for guidance and inspiration in order to be able to pro-actively decide on my personal as well as professional future. How do you stop living a compartmentalized life and how do you create an all-embracing new way forward?

Siska’s coaching was key to navigate this transformative period in my life.

In the process, which was structured into two separate sets of six 1 hr sessions each, Siska delivered the input, new ideas and inspiration I had been looking for - and never missed a beat!

Siska’s approach to coaching turned out to be different from what I had experienced elsewhere: She spent more time listening and less time talking, and instead focused on asking the right questions at the precise right time.

This felt as if I got a little nudge or push each time I wasn’t sure whether to take the next bend on the way forward or not. A method that turned out to be highly effective as it challenged my way of thinking which got me stuck in the first place. As a result, I was able to finally make decisions for my future.
