Having previously used David when originally purchasing my property, I didn't hesitate to return to him when I needed to re-mortgage. I can't express how absolutely fantastic David has been throughout the whole process of securing our mortgage, and well beyond. As first time buyers we had so many questions which he patiently and comprehensively explained, regularly putting us at ease with what is an extremely complicated and convoluted process of buying a house. As a first time buyer, a help to buy from the council,
I didn't realise how difficult it would be to pull this through.
During the legal process, my Solicitor nearly gave up because the council's legal team was not complying with my Solicitor. It was indeed a tough job! Thank God
with David's help, everything was successfully done. David went beyond his normal duties to make sure I was successful.

David has provided an outstanding service from start to finish, he is easy to talk to, flexible with appointments and went out of his way to accommodate us in the evenings and sometimes at very short notice.
He took his time to understand our requirements/needs and nothing was ever to much to ask, it is also great that he has access to all lenders oppose to other brokers and offers competitive fees without comprise on service.
