Very clean property. Everyone takes care of their homes very well. The guard service is great. The home owners Clubhouse is fabulous with all the services the company taking care of us Seabreeze management is doing a great job. I've lived here for 7 years And find the location is Perfect away from All That Big traffic. Our quiet little corner in the valleys Southwest

I walked into the Stony Ridge model and wanted to cry it was so beautiful...and I work as a real estate appraiser so, I have seen thousands of homes but not many like this (although I should mention that the model was upgraded to the nines, doubling the base price).

Nonetheless, I decided to move to Vegas just so I could live here! It is very hard to find smaller luxury homes (around 1,600-1,800 sq. ft.). I've been searching all over the country in warm weather areas for months.

And the development is like living at a resort. I've been to a really nice Dell Web 55+ in Apple Valley, CA but this one is on another level. The community complex is so flattering. Marvelously decorated with on-site management, a reception room with 3-story ceiling and walls of glass, an indoor pool, a craft/party room with kitchen, an outdoor pool, game courts, yoga room, gym, cycling, baths, lockers, guarded gate, etc.

It's set against dramatic mountains at the edge of the neighborhood so, it doesn't look like anyone is going to build around the back of community.

great place to live. activities, large pool, pickle ball and tennis courts The only negatives for me is a manned guard gate Anyone can get in by following a resident in a care. When I forget to call in a guest or vendor, they are let in anyway Also=, landscaping the back year has to be approved, and is subject to draconian guidelines, including the type of artificial grass that can be used. This is the BACK yard. I am the only one who will ever see it. It takes along time to get approved. I have been waiting a month now
