We were recommended Regler by some friends and used them to purchase our first house. We had a bit of a rocky start with staff being out sick and as a result nothing happening to set us up, but after that they were great. Appreciate that generally conveyancing isn't the most transparent and can be painfully slow by its very nature but Jay managed to get us from offer to completion in 4 months, and did a declaration of trust at the same time. Really friendly and helpful.
If you manage your own expectations as a customer initally (I've compared our experience and frustrations to other friends that have purchased property and we clearly had a very smooth ride) then Regler are really able to shine. I will certainly be a return customer.
