I can't recommend Reliant Computers enough!!
They showed great tenacity in removing a rogue internet browser the powers that be (who you'd normally trust) allowed to creep in!!

Shame I can only award 5 stars. My printer was showing a 'paper out' error when there was no paper in it. I rely on IT and while the printer is not necessarily as vital as a PC acting up, it is still a matter of concern when it refuses to cooperate when you will need it most. And I did - had a number of important papers to print for a meeting. Then in the words of Ghostbuster "who you going to call"?

The answer is THIS firm who responded to the levels of stress in my voice and was able to send Ben who after a struggle with the printer, took it back to base where the fault was diagnosed and put right and then brought back the same day - in the early to late evening too. Tested and left it working A1. Better for my stress levels than a box of tranqulizers or a stiff whiskey - but that's a story for another day.

When did you last hear of a Doctor making housecalls? It was a shocker to find that I would NOT have to book a taxi to take it in to their place of business, to be told that they would get round to it next month! They came to me and like a certain person we cannot mention - fixed it for me!!!!!

And it is so wonderful to be dealing with actual real people who can respond and soothe and even joke around: even if it was a little shaded - when asked for my details I responded that they could have those, but not what little was left of my virtue (JOKE!)

All joking aside they can have all my business in future - although I hope the printer will not break down again anytime soon, unless like me, it is so impressed with this firm, and real old fashioned Customer Service, it wants to be with them more than me!

And by the way I did NOT have to take out a Bank Loan to pay the bill - and it was a pleasure to pay that Bill, supplied by Ben......

I can't recommend Reliant enough. My old PC lost all power and was in desperate need of replacing. Alan took great care to preserve the hard drive and transfer all my files to a new bespoke built, high spec PC that I'm very happy with. Really impressed with his knowledge, expertise, care....and patience! The service is also terrific value and I'll certainly be using Reliant for future builds and upgrades.

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would! Our 5-year-old Canon printer suddenly failed yesterday afternoon, so I called and spoke with Ben. Rather than asking us to take it to them, Ben offered to come to the house that evening as he lived nearby.

He arrived as expected, and managed to successfully sort it out for us (ingenious method, too!).

I know who we'll be contacting next time we have a problem... :O)

Having recently had an issue with our e-mails (provided by another company), we were really impressed with how quickly Reliant diagnosed and fixed the initial problem. They went on to recommend a far more appropriate alternative which we opted for and completed a transition onto a new e-mail system with no disruption to our business. We found them extremely knowledgeable, extremely customer focused and would highly recommend them. Companies like this are hard to find, we have been very impressed by Ben and the team at Reliant.

Reliant recently installed a CCTV system at our property. Everything about the experience was absolutely first class and we felt throughout that we were dealing with people who knew exactly what they were doing. The price for the work was extremely competitive and the work itself was carried out to very high standards. The external cabling is hardly visible and the system itself of very high quality. After sales service/maintenance is prompt and efficient. Many thanks to Steve and Ben for a top quality job.
