Craig was awesome and full of integrity at Resolute Claims. It was not the right stage to be officially paying for help and approaching the Ombudsman. However Craig gave me amazing advice anyway. From the outset I was sceptical about engaging the services of ANY company dealing in this field and operating on a no win no fee basis. However I did have the skills to challenge Legal & General by myself, after they refused to pay a life insurance claim. An initial web chat with Tom W was soon followed by a very informative, no pressure telephone conversation, with plenty of emphasis that I could do it myself if I chose. From instructing Resolute to act on my behalf, the process was straightforward and stress free, with weekly updates. Craig Syme of Resolute claims handled our claima against Legal and General . They refused to pay out on a critical illness claim. Craig took it to the Ombudsman and later after the Ombudsman found in our favour Legal and General appealed and it went to senior ombudsman who again found in our favour. I am convinced that without Craig's expertise and perseverance we would not have won. During this process Craig dealt with our daughter whose claim it was with sympathy and understanding. She died before resolution but Craig I know did his very best for her children. I cannot praise him highly enough. I know he was doing a job and taking a percentage but he earned every penny of it .

From the very beginning, Craig and the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. They were always on top of things, persistently chasing Canada Life, providing regular updates, and ensuring we were informed at every step of what turned out to be a challenging and prolonged process. The delays were entirely down to Canada Life's slow responses and constant questioning, but Craig's unwavering support and persistence were instrumental in reaching a positive outcome. I found Resolute Claims professional and honest throughout all my dealings with them. Craig offered free initial advice over the telephone regarding my rejected claim without the hard sell, even to the extent that I felt I was being encouraged to pursue the matter with the Ombudsman myself. I was however comforted and persuaded by his knowledge that my chances of overturning my previous rejected appeal would be greatly improved by their involvement. After signing up my case was handled efficiently and professionally and after 8 weeks a successful outcome was achieved. Unlike some of the more "call centre" based claims management companies, Resolute charge a reasonable fee. I wholeheartedly and without hesitation would recommend Craig and his team if you need to pursue a rejected claim. With free initial advice over the phone what have you got to lose?

Having had a critical illness claim rejected, I have spoken with Craig whilst putting my appeal through the Financial Ombudsman. He has provided huge amounts of advice despite not being able to take my claim on due to the stage of the appeal. Craig knows what he is talking about, is on your side, and I wish I had found out about him before going to the Ombudsman myself. He has been absolutely outstanding and helped time and time again. I would advise that if you have a claim rejected, go straight to Craig before the Ombudsman as it will likely save you time and stress. Many thanks for your time, Craig, it is greatly appreciated.
