Terrible service , I did try and set a payment up but was kept on hold for few times while they had to check if I had to go over an expense form on the phone. I explained I’m not well but a £10 a month is affordable. I’m sure £10 a month is for nearly everyone. Lady then said I’ll take the first payment now , I said I don’t have it today. She said why not ….. I said I’ve paid my bills. Oh ok . I’m not well and I don’t want to be asked all these questions . I feel this is a terrible way to be treated when trying to set a payment plan up

Personally I rang to stop my situation from escalating. I wanted to do an affordable payment plan, I did ask if there was a minimum or maximum that I could choice to pay back. However, this company work financial outgoings and what’s left. Which I find is so annoying. No one wants to be rinsed of mostly what they have left at the end of the month. Especially for family that have dependents. I think it’s better to work with the minimum and maximum instead of you guys asking what I have left after my bills.

An initially reasonable response to disclosing details of my seriously ill health has turned into stonewalling when I ask questions, or being unnecessarily and repeatedly quizzed when I requested information from a staff member. Unacceptable...we are disappointed that you gave only 1 star..

If I could give no stars I would.
This company are the most difficult and insensitive company I have ever had the misfortune to have dealings with.
When I was in a really vulnerable situation they made me feel even worse where I almost became suicidal with the way they were dealing with me.
Luckily I became much stronger mentally and were able to be in a position to deal with the way they are. The are not willing to listen or come to any compromise. They say they will do one thing then when you actually get to the point of making the payment they change their mind.
Sadly many people have to deal with Restons and every one of you has my sympathy.

I’m not entirely sure what this rating is supposed to be on. Is it the possibility that it was about today’s call and how it was managed. Or was it the overall experience that I have from Restons either way? It’s a one star. The reason for this is the call today and in particular the answers I was given was completely non-descript with the agent not giving me any help whatsoever other than to give me an email of another department. Regards the general Reston’s experience again one star because for some unknown reason they have completely ignored my emails that I’ve sent them over a month and a half ago. Take your pic!
