We are a grassroots not-for-profit with big ambitions but still in the early stages of building our brand and creating lasting projects. We recently received funding for a project we have been designing over the last three years. It was important for us to get the launch right, and for the first time, we onboarded a studio to support us with the brand identity and strategy.

When we approached Rhombus when we knew we needed to create the brand for this project. Their warmth and passion for what we were trying to achieve shone through. They spent a lot of their own time learning about us as directors—why we do what we do, our long-term plans, and the projects we envision. They listened carefully and produced a brand identity that exceeded our expectations. Their communication was consistently clear and proactive, and for a small team, we really benefited from this.

They have been incredibly supportive post-project, sharing our opportunities within their networks, and I am excited to work with them again at the next earliest opportunity. I don’t think we would have created what has been designed without Rhombus Studios.

The project we created was Two Step; which is a business accelerator for grassroots music businesses within Bristol.

The team really took the time to understand our business and the direction we want to take over the next few years. The process was painless, thorough and really made me think about my branding, market placement and target market. The ideas and designs were fantastic and I felt Rhombus really understood my business, my customers and my core ethos of delivering high quality, with the customer and end user in mind.

I am beyond happy with the results, we are now just seeing them come to life on t shirts, vans etc and I cant stop a little smile as I realise its actually one of our vans!

Rhombus are a socially conscious graphic designer that worked with us on a manifesto document. Not only did they design the document for us pro-bono, as part of their social value and B Corp commitments, but they also came to half of our events, because they were genuinely interested in getting a firm handle on what we were trying to achieve. At no point did we feel like they treated us differently from their paying customers - they were total pros and the process was a delight throughout. Hightly recommended.
