Rich is an amazing life coach and great friend.
He has helped me deal with some of the most challenging things life has thrown at me.
He is professional in everything he does but at the same time makes you feel comfortable and at ease.
Rich has taught me to look at things in a totally different way and has helped me put things in to prospective which has meant I can move forward with my life with a completely new way of thinking.

I truly can’t thank Rich enough. The coaching I got from him was transformative!

He made me feel completely safe and entirely free from judgement.

I have tried many counsellors before and never made any progress, however, as soon as I met Rich I knew I could share anything with him. Coaching worked for me far better than any counselling ever did.

He has a wealth of life experience and has a warmth that allows sharing in a secure environment.

Rich and I trained to together and I was struck by the level of commitment he had to his own personal development. And also his interest in spiritual growth.

I loved working with Rich, his approach to coaching worked so well with a sceptic like me. He was patient enough to bear with me while I spun my wheels, he listened and asked the right questions to keep me accountable and on task when I tried to detract from the real issues at hand. Through the coaching I had with Rich I was able to move from stuck and angry to free and happy. He helped me to see the blocks I was putting up and the techniques I could use to either smash through them or to embrace them and put them behind me.
The biggest takeaway from working with Rich was the practice of mindfulness, gratitude and attraction. Working on changing my mindset to fully embrace and practice all of these things has transformed my life (well - all a work in progress, but its transforming in a fantastic way).
I highly recommend Rich if you want to see positive transformation and true happiness in your life.
