He might say that he is been 20 years doing his job, but got left 3 months without any help or payroll due to a "letter" that HMRC should have sent to me. After 3 months and a 5 hours long conversation with HMRC advisors and agents, the result was that nothing has been requested or done in accordance to the payroll team, then my new accountant surprise me when he told me that the "authorisation letter" wasnr necessary to do my payroll. But whats funny is that is true, my new accountant never asked for any letter just needed basic information about my company and that it! Remember guys cheap sometimes means poor quality and service. Thanks for the 3 months wasted.
