Having no experience at all of what a mortgage was and all it entails. Bryan expertly guided me through with lots of patience - I had many, many questions. He explained every part of the process in terms I understood, making it clear what the implications of each stage meant. He was very realistic in keeping it within reason, rather than pushing the limits of my budget as some of my friends have experienced, meaning that the mortgage I have will remain affordable through any circumstances. I was recommended to use Right-click Finance when I needed some mortgage advice following the breakdown of my marriage and my urgent requirement to obtain a mortgage in my own name. It had been a long time since I had taken out a mortgage, when I searched independently for the right product I was confused by the myriad of products available in the financial market. I contact Right Click and was introduced to Bryan Davies as my personal advisor. He was professional but easy going in approach, I found it comfortable speaking to him about my situation, both financial and personal. He showed a great empathy and was extremely patient at my lack of knowledge around how “things work now.” He found the right product for me, we discussed it at length and he made the mortgage application on my behalf. He kept in regular contact with me, providing timely updates. My mortgage was approved, however, unfortunately my house sale failed. I contacted Bryan who showed genuine compassion to my plight - reassuring me that the right property would be there for me. He was not wrong! When I found my perfect home he once again made a mortgage application on my behalf, my mortgage was approved and I will be moving into my new house on 11th November. Bryan has remained in contact, enquiring to my completion date and wishing me well. He has also provided information about other products, for example a will writing service and insurance for me to consider. In summary he has been amazing in the work he has provided to me, I have been able to contact him outside of office hours and at weekends, he has never shunned this contact, but instead always offered reassurance and help as required. I cannot rate his services highly enough, as such the vendors of the property I am buying found their financial situation changed due to the Covid restrictions and they were struggling to obtain a new mortgage- I provided them with Bryan’s details ?.
