I had worked with quite a few recruiters and agencies in the past for both permanent and contract roles, and my experience with them was mixed. Before applying for a job advertised by Robert Half, I was quite reluctant about having to deal with recruiters again. However, Robert Half has been a positive surprise and outstanding from the beginning to the end.

Megan is always extremely supportive, reliable and happy to listen to the candidates. On one occasion I needed to ask for something very important and contacted her without realising that it was the Easter weekend so she was off. Megan still replied to my email very quickly and helped me even if she was not supposed to work on that day. On top of that, she personally contacted the person who was supposed to receive the document that i had asked for and ensured that I was all good.

Overall, I felt that throughout the process she has shown not only professionalism, but also that human side that is often missing in work relationships - that consideration for the candidate that makes a difference when job hunting and interviewing can become challenging.

Also important to me, communication within the Robert Half team was very good. My messages were always passed on to Megan when she couldn't take my calls so I knew that someone would get back to me.

Megan Ayres at the Cambridge office contacted me regarding a permanent role. This was the first time I spoke to Megan or had any contact with this agency. Megan was very professional, friendly, and sincere. She was so helpful in answering my questions about the role and got back to me quickly. If she had to speak to someone at the company I was interviewing for to get answers to my questions, she called me immediately. Her professionalism is outstanding and she is just so kind.
