The work involved knocking down multiple internal walls, knocking out into our garden, installing windows and bifolds, fitting a new kitchen and some external grounds works too. Throughout the renovation work the team kept us informed, worked with us when we came up against problems and ultimately delivered an outstanding space for our family with a really high quality finish.

We are really pleased that we chose Rollo Developments for our project and our house looks unrecognisable. 3 walls and a chimney were removed in our 1930s bungalow to create an open plan kitchen/ living space with roof lantern and bifold doors onto the garden. The house also had a full rewire with future proofing in mind for later projects e.g. converting the attic. Sean was really helpful with well considered advice and provided options throughout the works which evolved over time. The works were well project managed, communication was excellent and we developed a lot of trust. Sean also helped with organising, planning and fitting our new Störmer kitchen with Kitchens by Nick McNally. We didn’t expect to be able to afford a kitchen of that quality on our budget and are so pleased that we didn’t go with the high street brand we were initially considering. We will definitely work with Rollo Developments again in the future and can highly recommend.
