Having used the same accountant for 25 years, I was a bit nervous when he retired and it meant me looking for someone else, especially he was a good friend, as well as looking after my books. I meet lots of accountants through networking, but I was looking for someone I could connect with personally and professionally, and the more I bumped into Ola at various events, the more I knew I wanted to work with her. And what a great choice I made: nothing's too much trouble for Ola, she's SO helpful; but most importantly she's on top of her game, and knows her stuff inside out. It's been a pleasure working with Ola, I trust her implicitly, and am very lucky that I have found exactly the right match. We first contacted Ronzl Accountants based on their location, we prefer to use local businesses when we can, but from our first meeting we felt we didn't have to look anywhere else.

Knowledgable, professional, exception service.
Choosing any professional is a bit of a minefield, as - at least for me - I find it important to trust the ability of anyone I work with. I had spoken with other acocuntants before meeting Ola, and immediately knew she and the Ronzl team were the right people to handle my tax work.
Ola offered a free consultation in the first instance and has always been open and up front with both costs and the work being done (and what is needed from me). She also follows that up in case I need a prompt. As a numbers novice - but capable of learning - Ola was able to explain my whole situation so I had a full picture of it and went through the advantages and disadvantages of my routes to progress - without any pressure.
She is clearly highly capable and talented in her field - but she is also a very motivating and positive person to be around offering supportive - and SOUND! business advice as well as accountancy.
I have no hesitation in recommending her and the Ronzl team and it is my pleasure to retain Ola as my accountant.

Best accounting firm I have dealt with considering I have used 3 other ones. Prompt delivery, transparent and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too difficult to deal with. Very impressive and would highly recommend. A huge credit to Ronzl Accountants. You put a lot of others to shame. Highly recommended ++++
