If you're in the process of moving house and looking for a conveyancing solicitor then I'd highly recommend Rachel Stewart and her team at Russell Cooke. Having been involved in the property business for over 20 years I've been involved in many property transactions and have found Russell-Cooke to be among the best for expedience, communication and knowledge. Makes the entire buying and selling process less stressful to have them involved.

We had to deal with Russell and Cooke through our house sale, they were representing our freeholder during a deed amendment. My solicitor could never get hold of the freeholders solicitor and when she would call the main office they would say he wasn't in or was unavailable. We wouldn't get a reply for him for weeks and he caused a 2 month delay on our house sale purely because he wouldn't complete the work in a timely manner. He also charged a very high fee for a deed approval. It caused us so much unnecessary stress just from lack of communication and efforts. We have reported the situation to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Please watch out if you are considering using them.

Extreamly over priced, trying to extract money from poor immigration workers. Unprofessional and unethical, I just contacted them to ask for a price of applying visa for our poor staff, nearly £1000nfor the small process, however this caompany chargs £4000. I Asked them why is over priced. the solictor at the other end said he does not want answer this question and cur off the phone.

I have just had my Will updated with Russell-Cooke in Kingston, and I was very impressed with the quality of the work throughout the process. This is not the first time I have used Russell-Cooke for this exercise, and I would certainly do so again. They also acted for me in 2013 on an injury claim, and achieved a very satisfactory result.
