Awesome experience, Dave and the team are all professional yet down to earth and mingle. We experienced a walk round Buttermere and some of Crummock and Rannerdale which had been done recently by the team to check suitability a week or two before.
Following this we were instructed lakeside into breathing techniques before entering Buttermere itself for immersion.
I genuinely cannot describe in words how invigorating it was and how positively charged I was afterwards. As an introduction to this it is everything you could ask for. There's even a lifeguard on standby at the immersion, safety is never compromised without having a 'health and safety' feeling.
A wholesome outdoors experience.

I have been attending the St Bees group water immersion for a few weeks now. I have thoroughly enjoyed it and feel so much better for taking part. David is amazing at making everyone feel comfortable and is always there to support when needed. Lovely start to my Sunday mornings and would recommend.
