The standard of teaching is excellent; the instructors were friendly and polite, they were always willing to answer any questions. Overall, if they offer a course that interests you, this is the place to take it.

Clint was a fantastic teacher! He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all questions from delegates on the SSSTS course. He highlighted key information for all delegates as he understood that we all come from different backgrounds. Sam’s provided all documentation needed for future reference. They were flexible and understanding when I had a major sickness and I was able to rebook easily and without hassle or rebook fees. Great training provider with small class sizes, much better than several other large training providers I have gone through previously (as well as worked for). Would recommend for future!

I recently completed the First Aid for Mental Health training and found it to be both insightful and empowering. The course provided practical skills to support individuals facing mental health challenges, covering everything from common issues to how to approach someone in need of help.

The venue was fantastic - well equipped and comfortable, creating the perfect environment for learning. The relaxed, friendly and supportive atmosphere made it easy to engage with the content and feel confident. The facilitator was knowledgeable and approachable, which created a space where everyone felt comfortable sharing.

CITB SMSTS Couse. The course was well delivered by our instuctor, Lee, who managed to hold everyone's attention and involve all attendees through the couse. His enthusiasm and understanding of the subjects mate the lessons informative and fun, which is difficult with the subject matter. I would definitely recommend.
