Safia was really great at helping me to figure out possible solutions to a few problems and issues I had. She gave very practical and down to earth suggestions of strategies I could try that I hadn't thought of myself. Before the sessions I was feeling very anxious but now I feel much calmer. I have researched into some of the suggestions she has made and am starting to implement them into building a better future for myself and my family. I also feel armed with a toolkit of strategies I can continue to use in the future.

My first session was quite informal were I was explained what a mindset coach was all about and l found Safia really helpful and very cooperative in explaining and listening to what l had to say. As my main problem was mostly related to weight at the end of my session I felt really motivated and enthusiastic about losing my weight and keeping it off.

My second session was more intense because of the way l was feeling low, depressed and very tearful as l was not in a good place. But when l spoke to Safia we went through some of the issues that were really making me feel down I realise what the real issue was and by talking through my issues l felt much better in myself and l could see more clearly what l had to do to not feel like that again. Safia is an excellent listener, and she knows how to make you feel better. I would really recommend her to anyone if they got any problems that they are going through she makes a real difference in helping you through it.

For me I see you with your compassionate heart striving to help so many.
For those reading this I'd like to share a picture of what I see in this lovely lady.
I see someone who for years knew where her future lay, although her own life and experience suggested the time was the 'essence' she herself needed.
We worked together on her visionary journey to 'healing' and I felt encouraged by appreciation of 'talking' therapy.
Safia listens without judgment, without assumption and with humility.
All skills most people without 'perfect' lives are well accustomed with.
Societal norms no longer exist and we all need to be able to share our thoughts, worries and emotions with someone willing to give supportive ideas and practical choices.
