To say Sarah helped me to change my life would be an understatement. In 2022 purely by chance I met Sarah at an evening event, it was a rare night out, something I never had time for normally. How glad I am I went out that night. After a brief chat I agreed to a no obligation meeting. It was one of the best things I have ever done. I signed up to one year of coaching 2 hour sessions every alternate week. I had no idea how I would find time in my chaotic life to do this, but I decided I had to find the time. WHY!
Because I would wake up in a morning and never stop running until I finished work, often well into the evening, and collapse into bed, then repeat and repeat 7 days a week. Being no spring chicken something had to give, and sadly it was my health. I felt it was spiralling downhill and I had a lot of life I still wanted to enjoy.
So during our time together Sarah helped me see a different life, one I could never envisage, selling a business I had built up over the years to, in my eyes a perfect working environment, somewhere my staff would enjoy working at. Just the thought of selling brought me to tears. but wind forward I sold it. Ha ha. I did it. Yes still working there, but its not a long term thing and i have cut my hour by 50%
Now the year threw up other challenges, some we could never have anticipated but I have dealt with each with Sarah's help and these were major events which would really test most people.
My wish list at the start of my year was to buy a house near the coast in a village setting, somewhere there would be a great community spirit, to get involved in village life. Another tick! not fully there yet due to various challenges, but my daughter and I bought the house in a village near the coast where she now lives. I travel between there and my current house but at a time when I can leave work I shall move there permanently.
Since my first meeting with Sarah, I have learnt to say no, instead of 'leave it here, I will deal with it'. Truly remarkable for me. But not only that, I have prioritised me time, never previously heard of, I have learnt I am important and its my life, not everyone else's. I can do what I want, I have a voice, something I felt was lost under the demands of the needs of everyone around me.
I suspect without Sarah's guidance I would still be muddling through as I was and for as long as my health allowed.
Coaching with Sarah was an investment in me, it has changed the direction of my life and for that I will always be grateful, if you feel like me and want to stop running and enjoy your life you should contact Sarah. She has inspired me to dream of a new life and to achieve it with her guidance. Deanne

Sarah is so expert at what she does. I have worked with Sarah at many key points in my life, and she’s been instrumental in supporting me to create results that are a step beyond what I could’ve hoped. Coming into the New Chapter Launch Programme, I thought I knew what I wanted from it, but felt stressed and unable to make it happen. After 12 weeks of great sessions, interesting content and reflections that I would ponder every week, I have come out with something that feels much more lasting and profound than what I thought I needed. Important foundations for my next chapter feel laid, and I am going into it feeling calmer, happier and more like myself. Thank you, Sarah!

I came to see Sarah at a point in my life without direction or purpose. I had some ideas of what I didn't want to do but lacked the skills and confidence to realise what would fill me with joy and purpose. Over the sessions Sarah reflected my experiences back to me helping me to realise all my skills and qualities and then sprinkled some of her 'permission fairy' dust encouraging me to replace doubts with possibilities. I now know what I want, have achieved a career shift and am on the way to achieving my longer term goals with her guidance. If you are stuck in an unhappy rut but know not how to get out, Sarah can truly help.

I highly recommend Sarah, she is brilliant at what she does and helps create great and noticeable results.

During my coaching sessions, Sarah has helped guide me in the right direction and help me find answers within myself. She has enabled me to make clearer decisions and see things differently, by changing my mindset in a positive way and creating healthy habits. She has also helped build my self-belief and reduce my negative self-talk. I am now able to recognise when I am reaching burn out and manage my stress and work/life balance. She is very understanding and non judgemental. I had the coaching originally for my professional development but the practices she has taught me, has also benefited my personal development. The results I have are mental and physical and I am feeling a lot lighter.

I now am able to go forward with the practices, skills and habits that Sarah has taught me, to continue feeling more positive and brave.

Thank you Sarah

Wow, what a Coach and now I would consider, a friend. Finding Sarah was one of the best investments I have ever made in my life and I would totally recommend having a chat with her. Sarah has equipped me to push onto the next level of my work-life through empathic coaching, sharing resources, being kind and absolutely 100% authentic conversations. There are multiple things that I will take away with me and if you get a chance to work with Sarah wait for the "T,F or DK" game - it's a good one.

I decided to ‘treat myself’ to some coaching from Sarah in January as a way to start 2017 with possibly a new perspective and some help in structuring my very busy self-employed/family life. I wanted to take this journey in an attempt to find a way of working my way out of the constant juggling and constant pressure I felt under. I went with an open mind and did not really know what to expect as I have not had any sort of ‘coaching’ in the past.
What I experienced in just 2 sessions has been life altering.
Sarah is a gifted, insightful, sensitive, intuitive and highly skilled coach. She guided me through a series of exercises and discussions which facilitated insight into my patterns of behaviour and belief systems. I have been absolutely astounded by the speed of which changes have taken place in my life as a result of these insights. What was overwhelm, overwork and pressure now has a whole new appearance. I have choice, understanding and a new perspective and insight on my day to day life.
It has been truly life changing.
Sarah is both truly inspired and an inspiring coach. 
I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I have known Sarah for some years, and was aware of her work with others. I knew how much they appreciated and had benefited from her skills and talents, and I have long been impressed by the way she walks her own talk. So when I finally decided that it was time I got the help I couldn't provide for myself, by myself, Sarah was the obvious choice.
Over 6 months, Sarah led me on a path of self-discovery toward clarity on the things that mattered most to me - a defined sense of purpose, a connection with my strongest values and motivations, and an appreciation as well as a firm grasp of my own distinctive qualities and contributions.
To achieve a result that far exceeded my expectations, Sarah astutely selected the processes which facilitated an enlightening exploration of who I really am, what I really want, and what I can do to achieve my goals. It was an entirely bespoke approach, which was very effective.
I have a complete record of all the work captured during our sessions, provided by Sarah, as well as a revealing before and after evaluation. Referring to this regularly keeps me in touch with the content as well as the emotional charge of the whole coaching experience.
Thank you, Sarah - the coach who keeps on coaching!

Having a dedicated, protected hour to spend with open, authentic, accepting people grows into something quite precious. Sarah’s authentic, open coaching style encourages us to not only share, if we want to, it stimulates a thought process that lasts far beyond the time spent online. That’s when real change happens!
Working with Sarah and benefitting from the support she’s given me has honestly been life changing. It’s not instant. It’s an organic process and Sarah is alongside the whole way, no matter where your start point is.
