Sarah was absolutely brilliant and I loved my 10 week transformation programme.

My plan was well designed to be enjoyable but still challenging and I absolutely loved every session. Sarah was motivating and pushed me whilst still making every session really fun.

I’ve never really been a gym lover but she made it feel way less daunting! I lost 6kgs in 10 weeks and would definitely recommend!

I have had Sarah as my PT for over a year now and it was money well spent! I would recommend her to anyone. Similar to a therapist I think it’s important to have a PT that you can connect with and who understands your goals. Sarah is very flexible in her approach and tailors workout plans according to my needs/ concerns; she pays attention to detail for example if my back has been hurting in a few sessions she will note that when formulating my workout plan for the next month. It’s not a one size fits all approach is the point!
In addition to this she has a background in cheffing and therefore is really helpful in guiding your through your nutrition journey, thinking of alternatives , getting enough protein in etc all in a healthy and sustainable manner.
Working with Sarah is more than just about physical growth , it’s about creating healthy habits and an overall more enriching lifestyle.
Finally she’s great fun to be around and working out is much less painful with her as your PT!
If you have gym anxiety , want to create healthy habits, struggling to get into a routine you can stick to and have accountability for, unsure on your form/ not seeing results you want I would definitely recommend.

Sarah has been brilliant to work with, I would highly recommend her! She has made sure that everything has been suitable for me and always made sure that it is manageable alongside work and life. I used to hate the gym and find it intimidating and confusing but she has made it a friendly space where I can be confident coming on my own. Fitness has become something I enjoy now. It’s hard to sum up how amazing my year of training with Sarah has been! Sarah has enabled my strength and confidence to grow in equal measures with her kind, knowledgeable and considered approach.

Prior to starting my journey with Sarah I hadn’t been inside a gym for a number of years, having quit my old gym membership because of anxiety around going. Previously I would often spend an hour+ sat in the car outside the gym struggling with my anxiety before giving up and driving home, I can now confidently go to the gym alone and at busy times, things that were unthinkable before.

Sarah is such an understanding and empathetic person she is always considering how to make gym sessions comfortable and ensure I don’t just go, but enjoy the workout too.

Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable, I always ask questions about what and why and she always knows the answers! She explains any new exercise and the benefits and helps me achieve my goals.

Sarah is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and has been very supportive and understanding of my nutritional needs as a vegan.
