I have been thoroughly impressed with the service I have received from the guys at J3 Debt Solutions so far. Alex, James, Ryan and Andrew were all extremely helpful and professional, they answered all of my questions and kept me fully informed at all times during my application process. Furthermore I felt supported rather than judged. With their help I look forward to getting my life back on track after years of sleepless nights over unsecured debt. I was feeling very reluctant and down about making the call initially but my mind was put at ease as soon as I spoke to Joel who dealt with my first call. He explained the process clearly and explained what the next step would be with regards to what information I had to provide.

I then spoke to Nick, who again was extremely pleasant and helpful and we went through all the information I had provided explaining what each piece of information was needed for.

My final call was from Andrew who confirmed what my best step would be to help with my financial situation.
