I contacted Joe with a very complicated case which very likely meant I was going to lose my license, he took the time to explain the law to me, how everything in the court and case would follow, he went to court twice on my behalf and came to court with me to assist with the trial on the third date. I contacted Joe Mcpherson at scottish Driving solicitors after i was charged with cause and permit of an uninsured driver to use my car and my partner was also charged with driving a car with not having insurance to use the car. I had searched through a lot of solicitors and after reading Joe's great reviews I decided he was the best person to represent me and my partner aswell who originally wanted to use his own lawyer to represent him but due to his previous motoring issues he decided Joe was the better option.
