My experience with Search Consultancy so far has been fantastic! Isabella Muller has been a fantastic consultant in the last year since I started agency work with Search. Bella is amazing at finding the right job for the right person, it was clear when first speaking to Bella about my current job, that she has great in-depth knowledge and understanding of the roles she puts people forward for. I've been temping with a company through Search for the last year and have enjoyed every minute. Bella has also been very supportive and responsive if I've ever needed help with an issue or just needed support, cannot thank her enough for her time.

Now blacked-listed & blocked all search phone numbers.
Worked for search on & off from 2008 till 6 weeks ago 2/8/24 seen staff come & go over the years working as a Telehandler forklift / 360 excavator digger operator.
But when your hrs & wages are short they don’t want to know, always excuses dale’s on holidays or have you got text proof that the rates agreed are £22phr. For a persimmon job in Dundee told to phone site agent to get hrs, given no timesheet from agency or site agent.
Had it with them, just going to use other agency’s plenty out there to choose from.

Old history 7/7/22 Back to 5 stars as now got paid because they needed me for covering a job.
Still waiting on getting paid in full,

Darrel said the computers are down twice when I phoned, so no workers will get paid ?
after getting the runaround I have blocked both there phone numbers & deleted mobile numbers.
Got payed in full from search after 6 weeks, probably because they where running out of plant operators to phone.

I first spoke to a Chris Tracey at Search when I was looking for a new job after I’d been laid off with a broken ankle. Within a matter of days we’d sorted through my CV and had an interview lined up. It was extremely easy, Chris was fantastic arranging things around when I had my kids, and pleased to say I was offered the job in the interview I went for. He truly was brilliant, and I’d be happy to recommend him to anyone who’s looking for employment. We did video consultations around my CV, and he helped me prepare for my interview with lots of mock questions and material, it honestly was fantastic. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone.

I applied for a job and dealt with Staci Clarke from Search Consultancy the whole time. The company didn't offer me a position on my 1st interview, however a few months later Staci contacted me and I have just started a job with the same company.
