I would highly recommend Serena at SH immigration. She has been absolutely amazing working with us to successfully apply for our spouse visa. Serena is not a 9 to 5 person: She works for as long as it takes to get the application right and submitted on time so she was once working with me well into the night to make sure all documents were ready. The same when the visa site went down I know that she checked it frequently until she was able to submit the necessary documents. With Serena you get the feeling that everything is taken care of. She knows the system and can deal with last minute hitches which would have driven me to despair if I'd been doing the application on my own.
