I Tried using online mortgage companies and they all failed to understand the type of mortgage I required for a shared ownership house, they requested I called them and never answered so I got fed up after putting an offer on a house and decided to go local, I found Shaun's website and rang him, I gave him my details of what I needed and he quickly got back to me with a mortgage in principle, he was very helpful throughout the whole process, quickly responding to answers and finding out information when the solicitors wouldn't respond.
