Karen was the conveyancing assistant throughout and was incredibly responsive and helpful. My buyers solicitors made the process very long and drawn out, asking 20+ questions every couple of weeks. Karen was fantastic dealing with these queries by batting back questions that had already been asked/could be checked by them rather than creating work for me and also drafted responses before forwarding the questions onto me to check and add additional responses to specific questions.
