**DO NOT USE DEBITSCREDITS.CO.UK!!** NEVER HAVE I HAD TO DEAL WITH SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL, NEGLIGENT & FRAUDULENT COMPANY IN MY LIFETIME!!**

After filing my two income tax returns with this company, which were always late but I never thought anything of it - I started to receive late submission penalty fines for unknown reasons to me! This was because the company were not submitting the required information on time!

Now after an agreement was made to pay a £100 fee into their BUSINESS bank account to set up and run my limited company through their business; Naazer who is one of their employees (who also happens to be the director's brother!) decided to trick me into paying the next set of fees into his own PERSONAL account!!

This was my mistake as I should have questioned at first why the bank details changed, but I obviously trusted him and the company! Naazer instructed me to pay a £90 fee for the confirmation statement & a £500 fee for the company accounts - however he NEVER did the works!! This caused my limited company to be stricken off & dissolved followed by my business bank account being closed down, losing me a near £1200!!!!

When I questioned Ali (the director of the company) about this he claimed he didn't know about any of this and continued to deny any involvement and wouldn't take any responsibility for his brother and colleague's dodgy activity!

Naazer lied for months saying the work was being carried out & not to worry - saying his invoicing system was down and promising to do the work and send the invoices after the payments were made - this obviously never happened!!!

They also set up a direct debit to take the monthly company account fees out of my bank account - for works they never did! Two separate payments of £37.50 were taken & because the work was not being done, I cancelled the payments & contacted the direct debit guarantee to retrieve the funds back!!

Naazer refused to return the fees he took for months; constantly lying & making excuse after excuse - until he was issued with a CCJ notice after I had made a small court claim! Only after receiving the notice did he then start to make repayments!

STAY AWAY - this so called accountancy firm are scammers - they will steal your money, lie & deny everything!!

One star is to much they do not look after the sole traders. I was told my tax return for this year was done in May and paid for this. 6 months later still nothing on HMRC contacted them again they said sent tax return again, nothing on HMRC even spoke to HMRC to confirm. Tried contacting Directdebits again and what a surprise not returning calls or messages. Save your hard earned money and don't use this company. Oh and i suspect the people leaving the reviews before this all work at the company!!!
