Great service, got exactly what I needed, very impressed 🙂

My lap top had become infuriatingly slow, I went in and had a quick chat with the staff at SOD IT and after a quick inspection of the spec of my lap top they said they could speed it up.
I must confess I was a bit concerned about all my documents / files etc and I had everything set up just the way I wanted it but it came back just exactly how I left it.......but 10 times faster.
They absolutely know what they are doing and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them 🙂
It wasn't cheap but I wasn't looking for cheap, I wanted results and the cost was a fraction of a new lap top and without all the hassle that goes with it for someone as non techy as me!
Due to being a high user of lap top / tablets etc with little knowledge (or interest to be honest) of how they actually work I find it extremely stressful when they don't work so I'll be off loading my tech issues on these guys from now on.

Our old computer 'died' and took it your office to see if it was fixable. Given it was approx. 20years old it wasn't worth it and we were given excellent advice on what to buy from Ross. The installation was done very quickly and most of the files from the old computer were put onto a flash drive for us. Andrew has always communicated with us efficiently and quickly and never makes me feel like an old dumpling!. Previously Jason helped us after we had problems switching from the post office server to sky. Very happy with the work & the service.

At first I had assumed that I needed a new laptop but after speaking with Martin at SOD-IT, I discovered that I could keep my existing laptop and just upgrade it. So, after this revelation and not being IT minded, I then had lots of questions. I have to say that Ross had such patience with me; he answered all of my questions in a way I could understand and, as he got to understand more about my requirements, he also provided me with suggestions and options about other elements of my IT hardware and software. The upgrades were completed within a day and I couldn't be happier with the results - and I've saved a significant amount compared to buying a new machine. The friendly customer service and courtesy extended to me was refreshing. I thoroughly recommend SOD-IT and their team.

I was recommended to use Creo Design by a good friend. It then grew arms and legs and I decided that I wanted to use an other business under the same umbrella and I have not been disappointed. Got a new computer from SOD IT and I am delighted they came and installed and talked me through all I needed to know. The guys are always on the other side of the phone when you need them. First class service. Although I am sure I drove them to the edge at times. Highly recommend.

Bought some hardware/software from John and his team about 2 years ago after numerous problems with another company. All my old data was transferred over without any problem and did not hinder my business.

12 months ago I had a website designed and implemented by Ryan and Martin which has had overwhelming results and drastically improved my business.

Just as recently as last week I used them again for business cards and laminated signs.

I have always found the staff knowledgeable, trustworthy and accurate with the information they provide me.

So there I was thinking that I would attempt to build my own desk top PC. Wrong. It was not long before I realised that I was out of my depth. So, seeing good reviews for Sod-it I asked them if they would complete the job. They had to start from scratch correcting my errors. Result? They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them and did an excellent job. I now have an excellent PC which I am sure will not give me any trouble. Thanks to Sod-it. Maybe a bit out of the way but well worth the effort to use them.

The Engineer came out to our premises to understand what we required and our computing set up, He was very helpful and polite. With his guidance we selected our computers which arrived and were installed by him all within the week. Great service, professional, knowledgeable, and all at a good price would recommend to all .
