Dawnie is an incredible woman!
She always sees the best in everyone and is so caring and thoughtful in every situation.
I have gotten the privilege to get to know Dawnie over a good while now. Through a community and in person on a few occasions.
Her heart Is always full and the way she expresses it is next to none! For the way she speaks and expresses herself is a true beauty and is truly inspiring. I could listen to her everyday with her vast wisdom, knowledge and understanding for what she is passionate about. Which is to help and lift up others. It is very rare to find someone who has such a big heart and to express that love unto the world.
I would highly recommend working with this amazing woman to be uplifted, to express your true self and to understand and see the world in a totally new prospective. You will evole, grow and transform in many aspects in your life though the space Dawnie creates for you.

I was 1st introduced to Dawnie during a really big period of anxiety in my life. I'd just graduated from university and I had to get a job and there was so much opportunity and everything felt so big and so fast that I had really bad anxiety and I felt I couldn't breathe properly a lot of the time. My mum had heard through a friend that Dawnie was running some breathing workshops. Breathing seemed really trivial compared to everything else I had going on. I didn't think it would work, but I was willing to try anything because I wasn't feeling very well. So I went to this workshop with lots of other people, and it instantly felt like a really safe place, and I could slow down. We worked through a lot of breathing exercises, and for the first time in ages, I could loosen up, and i was able to breathe, which was fantastic. I was able to take the edge off my anxiety, to calm the physical symptoms, and my mind was able to think, and it enabled me to come back down to earth again. And ever since then, whenever I have felt myself getting anxious, i take a deep breath, and it nips it in the bud before i spiral. Working with Dawnie, i felt safe and heard. Like Dawnie really understood where i was coming from, and it has changed my life as a result. I have the tools to manage my anxiety.

Fast forward to a decade later, I'm now in my 30s. I have a young son. He's just over 6 months old, and i found myself feeling really anxious again with new concerns, and the normal tools i used weren't working all that well. I was awake at night worrying about all that, and this thought popped into my head, I can see Dawnie again. So I did, and after 1 session, i felt this sense of relief, and I was able to fall asleep again, which was really powerful given it had been a decade. I'd really recommend working with Dawnie
she has the lived experience to really understand and helps you put in place practical things that help change your life for the better.

For a good number of years, Dawnie has been supporting me in dealing with a variety of situations. I find her incredibly loving, patient, and non judgemental approach very helpful and grounding.
