From what I've seen do not treat their drivers well. Very hi turnover of drivers. No stability.

This coach company holds fond memories for me , with nice coaches and efficient friendly drivers, things have changed over the years , the image of the company has changed, for one the colour scheme has taken there identity away and the types of vehicle used I. E . Double Deckers seem to have taken over the yard.. I suppose you have to adapt to compete in the current industry. But I will end my review by saying this company is steeped in experience and has and still has high standards ,commitment and quality .

Been travelling over twenty times a year for the last fifteen years with Souls. This has included early morning starts and very late night return journeys as well as more conventional ones. I’m also familiar with the booking process as I act as treasurer for the group who hire them. They have been a real success as our go-to coach provider. They’ve always been flexible in responding to our uneven pattern of needs, our relationship with a small number of regular drivers has always been excellent, the coaches have always been clean and well maintained, hot drinks are on tap, items left on the coach are kept and returned, they cope very well with a variety of road conditions on what is long regular journey using very busy motorways and trunk roads. Of course in the 300 or so journeys I’ve taken with them there has inevitably been the odd minor crisis including a tyre going on the M6 and several very long hold-ups late at night. The drivers have always coped admirably and the company has responded flexibly. I should add they are also competitively priced. In short they have been excellent for our organisational needs and highly satisfactory for me as an individual traveller.Their loyalty to us as regular customers and their willing flexibility has generated a reciprocal loyalty on our part.

We use Souls coaches many times during the year [ around 40 times a year] and we have been booking coaches from them for many, many years. As organizer of our bookings I find all staff at Souls helpful, very pleasant and very efficient. Their prices are incredibly competitive. We love using them!

Went to brighton a few days ago with Souls. First time on their coaches. Was a good journey both ways. Just a shame we never heard a word from the driver. No greeting welcoming you on board and no "thank you for travelling with us" hope you have a safe journey home. Would have been nice.

Souls provided the coach to take our wedding guests from the church to the reception at Woburn Sculpture Gallery. They did a great job. The coach turned up on time and spotlessly clean, the staff were polite and friendly, the driver negotiated the very tight archways through the stone buildings with breathtaking precision and got the throng to the do on time. Not the most glamorous element of the wedding, but Souls did exactly what was required of them. Thank you.

Booked a 29 seater however the company upgraded the 29 seater to a 62 seater with WC facilities at no extra cost, so we all had plenty of space for the 3 and half hour trip to Bournemouth. We had a gentleman called Dave who was very professional, courteous, friendly and very accommodating. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Soul Coaches. The only coach company we will be using from now

If I could leave a minus review then I would, why on earth are children being requested to put a mask on, this is not in the government guidelines why are you making your own rules up ? This is totally unacceptable and it would be very interesting to know if you have the correct risk assessments in place in order to request this. Definitely not a company I will use in the future.
