These guys are the best. I travel up from Brighton as they’re much better to deal with than my local Specialized dealer. Great to deal with, very helpful, worth the travel!

Haven’t been to a bike shop for years as I’ve found myself just ordering online. But after needing some help fixing my bike I may revert to supporting out my local shop. Really good service from Dave and fairly priced work. Good range of products and bikes in the Storrington shop. Will be recommending friends to do the same.

Modern day Mountain Bike shop with old school service. Stopped by with a flat and Andy dropped everything to turn my bike upside down on the floor and replace tyre sealant (and missing brake bolt). No surprise that one needs to book in for a service, they're busy for a reason. Highly recommended.

Didn’t know a great deal and visited the branch a few times to look at bikes December/January, staff really helpful each time and were patient explaining everything about the bikes with genuine knowledge.
Ended up choosing a Specialized and am really happy with it.
Took back once or twice at first to have adjusted slightly however it was never any trouble and they sorted right away.
Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Brilliant Customer Service.

By no means are we a family of cyclists. Got my daughters bike out in half term for a nice ride together.

Flat tyre at the back and seat way too low. Didn’t have a specific spanner that could alter the seat at home. Determined not to alter our plans, it was off to South Downs bikes resigned to the fact of an unexpected shell out in the search of a probably pricey foot pump and seat Allen Key.

Upon walking in, within seconds we were offered help by a lovely friendly chap who’s name I didn’t catch. I explained the issue. After briefly looking for the key, we went out to the car. In came the bike and within seconds, seat was altered to daughters size and both tyres fully pumped up.

No charge, no sale! Just a helping hand to a dad and his kid! With cost of living, half term, and a few days until pay day, this was a very kind spirited community gesture. Shone a very good light on your business.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for bike needs following this.
