HONEST DECENT COMPANY
Had the pleasure of them today to service my grant boiler, There response was prompt she took pride in her work, she explained everything. I felt the service and some knowledge along they way was all very worth while. I couldn't praise her enough, all the best and a company I would call. Thank you very much

Superb service, helpful, friendly and reliable.
I've been a customer since 2017 and I honestly can't rate these guys highly enough. From the installation of a new heating system and subsequent servicing and repairs they have been professional, friendly and very helpful.

We had a site visit book but our boiler finally packed in so Southgate & Culham (Nikki) helped out by giving us a quote over the phone confirmed that our choice of boiler (Worcester Bosch ) were market leaders.
Kevin then arrived 0n time to confirm all the details ,the quote came out cheaper than we though which in the light of our position (no hot water etc) was very refreshing.
3 days later Wayne the fitter arrived again on time and proceeded to fit our new boiler with no hassle or stress at any time just great re-assurance.
The whole experience from start to finish has been 100% positive, and we feel very pleased to have been dealt with in such a totally professional way by a totally professional company.

S&C installed our gas boiler 3 years ago and were great from the start. At the time we didn't have a gas supply so were looking at oil and they took us through the options. On the installation day they were great - efficient, tidy and sorted out our crazy plumbing. What prompted this review was coming home from holidays and finding the pressure on the boiler had dropped and not being able to figure out how to repressurise it. S&C were brilliantly helpful and the installer remembered where the hose was for me - obvious when pointed out but I was looking in the wrong place. You don't get that with British Gas!
