Leaving this review on behalf of my parents. They began the Will-writing process but chose not to continue after feeling misled during discussions. Certain decisions were presented with language like “you have to,” which implied they were mandatory — when in fact, they were just company policy. This wasn’t clearly explained and could have influenced choices they might later regret.

To their credit, customer service was responsive and professional once concerns were raised. A refund was offered without issue, and the company has confirmed they are investigating the matter. Disappointing start, but the follow-up was handled respectfully.

I was glad that I took out my Will with Soverign Planning. The legal team are exceptionally good. They explained all that I needed to know ,to make my will. I was impressed with the level of professionalism. I had done will before, but never explained the way From Sovereign. Thank you so much. Also if I not sure about something, I will call any they are ready and willing to help. I have recommended friends. The service is good.

Good service but I'm not sure about value for money. I paid £952 for 2 mirror wills incorporating SEV in both but have been wondering ever since that it seems a lot. I fell for the 10% discount with a nice lady. I'll never know. It started at £99
for 2 simple mirror wills. Maybe a spratt to catch a mackerel

If your looking for punctuality accuracy, not here, timing is not there forte. appear not to have understanding lack caringness. Slightly abrupt, and an odd feeling almost a con artist like Ness about there approach, waited wks for appointment and let down on the day and time of the appointment, second appointment late and wanted more money of me, for some thing that is not true, , advice: look elsewhere

Absolutely brilliant experience, they made the whole process easy to understand and made it feel very simple. Having just lost my wife i was very emotional but the lady if spoke to was so understanding and kind. I would recommend Sovereign to anyone.

Initial Will advisor was really knowledgeable. Upsold me on a 'trust' for £800.

When the will arrived it was not reflective of the conversation we had had with the will writer which was disappointing and took multiple attempts to get it right. To be fair, the amendments were done quickly. But just simple errors that any attempt at proof reading would have picked up on e.g. words missing, basic punctuation missing, sentences not grammatically correct. Come on Sovereign - this is primary school stuff.

Cancelled the Trust element and they did refund us with no issues, so for that I've given 3 stars not the 2 I would have.

Once the Will was correct, the final copy arrived and we are happy with it.

It's a very expensive service for minimal professional advice. £800 for a paragraph to be inserted and about a 1 minute discussion around it with the client!

Sovereign definitely need to change what happens between the Will appointment and the client getting the Will as this is where the issues are from the reviews and my experience.
