I have recently received what I believe is shocking Customer treatment. I have been a loyal customer since November 2015. Despite innumerable calls and emails over many weeks and months to Shane McKeown he has not replied to me once. When I called, the Receptionist confirmed that my messages were relayed to Shane McKeown and said she would try to get someone to contact me. I have always paid promptly for the services I received over the years and now I can't even speak to someone about my tax affairs. I am now in limbo as they are registered as my HMRC Tax Intermediary yet they will not engage with me. Their website says that their philosophy is to 'put our clients first' and that they 'pride themselves on tailoring their services to the individual client whilst maintaining a standard of excellence in all its work'
My recent personal experience has been the polar opposite of this and it seems that I have simply been 'dropped' as a customer without explanation and communication has stopped. I also asked for their ACCA registration number so I could make a complaint and was told that it wasn't at hand at the time but that they would email me with the details. I still haven't received it.
